Arlo Baby setup not working. Chimes but is never found. Tried rebooting but still doesn't work.

I already own a base station VMB3010r2 which I use with an H7 camera. I've enjoyed the experience so far. I'm already on the new app. I bought a new Arlo Baby (Gray) and tried to add it via the app this morning. Things seem to go just fine. I sync it, show it the QR code, hear the chime, and then, according to the app, it attempts to find it and cannot. 

 

I tried a few times and tried power cycling the Baby. Nothing is working at the moment. If anyone has any tips or thoughts I'd love to hear them.  I miss the days when things just worked... 

 

Also, the labels box on this message is just terrible. How am I supposed to know what's allowed here and what's not??

Hi supermancc03,

 

Do you hear another chime noise where it fails? Make sure your phone device is connected to the same WiFi network when you're pairing with your Arlo Baby to your WiFi network.
