Arlo Baby recently stopped charging. Got it replaced but cannot set it up.

Our Arlo baby recently stopped charging. I contacted customer care and after multiple steps I was able to get a replacement. It arrived today. I charged it and went to get it all set up But it will not connect. It is just constantly flashing orange. I have tried resetting it, restarting and the scan QR code but nothing is working. It keeps me telling me the camera can not be found. Our first one took seconds to set up and now this new one is driving me insane. Has anyone else had issues with this?

Hi Graindairian,

 

Make sure that your phone is on the same WiFi network as your Arlo Baby to make sure your Arlo Baby can be found. And make sure you type in your network SSID and password correctly as the characters are case-sensitive.
