Arlo baby light stays amber after working fine for a few months. Can’t connect to anything. Tried a hard reset and still no solution. Please help!

If your Arlo Baby is showing a solid amber light, you might want to try factory resetting your Arlo Baby and re-setting it up. Make sure to remove the camera from your account by going to Settings > My Devices. Removed the device and did a hard reset (held down button for over a minute) and Amber light showed up again solid. Could I get a replacement or reimbursed in any way?
