In the last few weeks I have had to do a factory reset on my Arlo Baby, and I am still having connection issues. Some times I can connect other times I can not. My wife is having the same issues. Last night the App shut down while we were sleeping so we were not able to see or hear anything. Can I please get some help with these issues?

Hey Tjackson1667,

 

Make sure that you don't have any WiFi devices interfering between your Arlo Baby and your router and try moving your Arlo Baby to see if that helps.

 

Otherwise, contact the Support Team so they can look into this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

I’m having the same issue (Connectivity and periodic app closing) and it has been going on for a few weeks now. The arlo baby has been in the same location in my house for 11 months so it is definitely not WiFi related.

I’m unable to reliably monitor my child because the app keeps shutting down at night. This is very concerning!

Please provide a solution.
