Arlo Baby Push to Talk no longer working. No sound is heard when you use Push to Talk.

An update for the Arlo iOS mobile app has been released that addresses the issue with the push to talk feature. Please make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app downloaded and installed from the iOS app store.

Contact Netgear Support... seems to be a few issues with ios 11

ArloIoT,

 

The engineering team is currently investigating an issue with using push to talk with the Arlo mobile app using iOS 11.3.

 

I will post an update when I have more information.

I have the same issue with Arlo Pro using iPhone X on 11.3
Push to talk does not work.
It does work well on iPhone 8

Is there a fix coming up for iPhone X ?

I just got the baby monitor and the voice commands don’t work either with my I phone x please fix this.

We apologize for the frustration/inconvenience this has caused. The engineering team is working hard toward a resolution for this issue. I do not currently have an ETA for a fix but will provide any new information I receive as soon as possible.

The push to talk function is not working on my Arlo Baby as well. It has worked in the past, and not sure when it stopped working for me. I found out it does not work when I tried to use it a few nights ago. I use Arlo with an iPad and occasionally an iPhone 6

So far, so good. Push to talk is working now as is background audio. Connectivity seems to be solid too and the videos are playing with the correct duration...
