I wanted to see if anyone else has issues with the motion detection on the Arlo Baby. I have the sensitivty set to 9 (high as it will go) and despite my daughter pulling a full 360 at night, it will only record if she makes enough noise. no motion detection whatsoever. It takes my kid almost crawling out of her crib before the motion alert is triggered and by then its too late. Thoughts, suggestions?

Make sure Monitoring is turned on, make sure Motion and Audio are checked ( under edit )
Mine is more Sensitive to movement over audio and it's set at 5
After arming, check in the Live View screen and make sure the running man is Black ( MEANS ARMED )
Morse is faster than texting!

Yea, its armed, we get motion when we go in and pick her up or put her down, but not when she is in there by herself.

farrellw,
How far away is the crib from the camera? Have you tried moving the camera to a different position to see if you get better results?
