How do I get my money back. This is the worst baby monitor - ever. Full stop. No question. Every time you connect to another wifi it demands a hard reset - then it still doesn’t work. Troubleshooting and help suggestions are basic and no value. It’s like they tried to make a bad camera and nailed it. Honestly the worst. If I could rate this monitor out of 10, I would give it a… no actually ust don’t buy this piece of junk. Only buy it if it’s a gift for someone you hate.
