My Arlo Baby is on the newest firmware and still disconnects from the WiFi at least once every week. I have to end up resetting it every time. This is unacceptable for a device we paid good money for to be our eyes and ears on our baby. I’m beyond fed up with this product. Does anyone have a suggestion besides updating the firmware for this issue?

Something isn't right... it's either a poor signal or intereference causing issues.... ( do you see a purple flash of the led ? )

Or the camera it self.

 

Have have a Baby running for 2 yrs now and can count maybe 1 or 2x it went offline without a cause ( like no power ).

 

Have you contacted Arlo support ?

No purple LED flash, just the orange. I have other WiFi devices in the same room that work fine. Also there is a Arlo Pro 2 that is outside the window of this room and it works fine. I think it’s just the quality of the Arlo Baby is really bad, I’m reading other people have the same problems. Such a disappointment.
