Arlo Baby Connection Issues

Hi! I have the Arlo Baby and have issues with it connecting on the app. Every time I load up the app the screen shows the temp/humidity settings and I can access all the camera setting but the video won’t show. It just says connecting. Please help! Resetting the camera doesn’t help, it just keeps happening.....

Which version of the Arlo app are you using as well as the OS version on your phone?
