Hello, I mistakenly deleted the baby camera from my android device and now I am struggling to add it backt to the device. I have followed all of the syncing instructions, but it always gets stuck in the "device discovering stage". I know the device is on my network because my wife and my mother in law are able to use the device and they are also on the same network.
Note, I granted access to my wife and my mother in law, and I am wondering if my baby camera is not adding for me because they still have access and their devices are still working.

After removing the camera did you try and reboot the device before adding it again?
If this doesn't help you can try & factory reset the camera.
