We just received our 2nd Arlo baby which is our 5th total Arlo device (3 arlo pro's and 2 Arlo baby's). But when I try to set up the 2nd Arlo baby, as soon as I plug it in, I get a solid amber light and pushing the sync button for 2 seconds does nothing. I've tried the restart button, I've tried the hard reset (unplug and turn off for 10 sec), and I've even tried letting the battery run completely out. I'm attempting to use the mobile app to add the device and I'm connected to the same WiFi as I'm asking the Baby to connect to. The rest of the cameras work perfectly. Anyone have any ideas how to get it set up? Thanks in advance!

Hey Shocker19,

 

If your Arlo Baby is stuck on solid amber light, it means the camera is booting up. If you've tried doing a factory reset and power cycle, I would suggest to contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
