Hi there,
Recently purchased the Arlo doorbell and so far am happy with the purchase. The issue I have been facing though is it doesn't always ring my phone (Huawei Mate 20 Pro). However, every single time without fail I get the "Someone is ringing your doorbell" notification without the option to answer it. If I click the notification, the Arlo app opens but doesn't do anything.
If I then wait for the doorbell to end the call itself and ring again, it usually will work the second time. Sometimes it works the first time, just seems to be random.
Can't work it out as my phone gets the notification... so why is it not always ringing?

Hi @Smartlife
Is your phone updated to the latest version of Android? Are you running the latest version of the Arlo Mobile App 2.7.2?
