firmware update

Hello,

I have the Arlo Audio Doorbell (AAD1001) and feel the speaker volume for two-way talk is very low, even at 95% volume, making it hard for visitors to hear me. Has a recent firmware update (or a specific hardware version, e.g., 1.3) significantly improved this issue, or are there any known workarounds EZ Pass MD to boost the outgoing audio?

They stopped manufacturing the audio doorbell in 2019, and it became EoL on January 2025.  So no recent firmware updates, and no new hardware.

You could of course replace it with a video doorbell.
