New email and phone number - unable to login

Hi, we have an Arlo doorbell and have changed email and phones, but have the same phone number. I am now unable to login to my account. Pushes are being sent to the old email and old phone. I am unable to get help through the chat agent. I believe this is a problem for an agent. How can I get help.

If you still have access to the old email address, you should try verifying via email to log into the account. Once logged in, you should change the email address associated with the account to your current desired email address.
