Had Arlo Audio Doorbell going bad so contacted support team to replace. Did not receive replacement.

The WORSE security customer service. I had the arlo audio doorbell that went bad, contacted customer’s support back on 12/17/19 and was told it will be replaced. Gave support my address to ship the new doorbell, they get the address wrong and send it to a house number that doesn’t even exist. I called them the minute I got the email having the wrong address, they said they fixed it, they never did. It’s now 3 weeks have past, over 5 times on the phone with them to get my doorbell, they still can’t ship out my doorbell. I got an email from them last night 1/3/2020 saying now they don’t have any in stock. Arlo support doesn’t care about any issues nor do they want to fix the issue. They keep lying and say they’re processing the replacement. It takes 5 to 7 business days to receive. Here’s it is over 3 weeks and they still haven’t sent the replacement doorbell out. I see it’s time to file a lawsuit against Arlo to receive my doorbell and also get rid of Arlo and go with the Ring security cameras. Arlo will take your money every month and not fix any issues. Customer service and support gets 1 star.
