Getting Error: "Chime is disconnected. Your Chime is out of sync. Please sync the chime..."

Every couple of days after working correctly I get error:
“Chime is disconnected. Your Chime is out of sync. Please sync the chime with the base station to bring it back online”

I have to power it off and wait five seconds then turn on again and working fine. It is showing 2 out of 3 bars signal on wifi

Is there any way to improve the stability of this product

Verify all firmware is up to date. I occasionally see an issue with the chime but it has self-resolved.

Hey @MDNZ,

 

Try to test by having the Arlo Chime closer to the Arlo Base Station to see if you get the same error.
