Doorbell won't chime when connect to existing M&S intercom system

I am trying to setup my Arlo doorbell with my existing M&S intercom system. I have all the wires connected and go through all the setup in the app. I can get call on my phone but the existing chime won't wok. I tried to switch to all settings, either non-stop chiming or no sound. I thought the doorbell will work with existing chime as I don't want to invest more money on several more Arlo chimes. Any suggested setup to get this working? Thanks.

I sent a message to Tech Support and it has been a week, no reply yet.

Tech Support has called me back but I was told intercom system is not compatible with Arlo doorbell. This should be clearly documented in the product so that people are aware that it may or may not work with their existing system.  The only solution left is to spend more money and purchase 1 or 2 Arlo chimes
