Doorbell Video does NOT work

The visual/video on the doorbell does NOT work. The device is hooked up to the base station, when someone rings I get the call and the recording of it, but NO CAMERA. I have read 73 other posts about this, and no one including Arlo seems to have an answer. PLEASE HELP 🙂

Is the camera on and armed? Check the slider in the Device Settings and be sure the camera is on and check the Mode section to be sure that the camera is armed.

Hi @MMar,

 

Are you referring to the Arlo cameras? The Arlo Audio Doorbell itself does not have a video built in and you will need to have an Arlo camera set up.
