Has anyone gotten the doorbell motion icon to “light up” (show as active) in the device screen? What is it there for, if it cannot be activated?

Yep camera and chime paired.
Never have seen doorbells motion icon active tho, even though the doorbell motion sensing is activated.

Yeah, I see that now. It may be that it's an app issue - the browser version doesn't show that icon.
