Doorbell AAD1001-100NAS - 2 Way Talk Is Not Working

Cannot get the 2-way talk to work, getting different experiences on I-phone depending whether i am in lock screen on on my phone.  If i am on my phone and answer call Arlo screen jumps past my ability to answer call under arlo button on phone screen.  I  deleted and re-downloaded app as suggested.  2- way talk worked once and then stopped working.  looks like you have some work to do on firmware 1.0.0.0_275_250

verify that the system work via computer at https://arlo.netgear.com/

fire fox works well... it will narrow down the issues as if sytem or phone

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what screen you're seeing when you get a call from the doorbell?
