I have a Arlo doorbell ( no Camera) and when someone presses the bell my phone rings but I cannot hear them not they hear me........? It used to work but now doesnt

While you may need to remove and reconnect the doorbell, first check your settings for the doorbell in Settings, My Devices under Call Settings and Audio Settings.

If your existing chime isn't ringing when someone presses your Arlo Audio Doorbell, follow these troubleshooting options: Make sure the LED ring on the front of your Arlo Audio Doorbell is flashing white to confirm that it's powered by the batteries you inserted during set up. Make sure that silent mode is disabled.Why can't visitors hear me on my Ring when I talk through the app? If you're on an iPhone or iPad, check the microphone permission on your device. If you're on an Android device, go to Settings > Application/Apps > Application Manager > Ring > Permissions. Ensure everything here is on.
