Tried resetting the doorbell by pressing the Sync button for more than 10 secs, followed by onboarding process (pressing Sync on VMB4540, and pressing Sync on Audio Doorbell and bring it close to VMB4540). Arlo app cannot detect doorbell (have reinstalled app too). Appreciate advice. Thank you!

There seems to have been a spate of complaints about this recently. I assume there's a firmware issue that will be resolved.

Hi Fuji6866,
You mentioned that you reset your Audio Doorbell. Did you see the LED flash white when holding the sync button for 10 seconds? If you see it flash white, that means the reset was successful. If not, you may want to try resetting it again.
