My Arlo 2 system is less than 6 months old.  For the last week, the doorbell was indicating “off line”. I removed the device and tried to add it; however, it now tells me it can’t find the base.  According to Arlo support, the doorbell is online but that is false.  I have tried deleting the app; logging out and restarting the base.  Nothing works.  Feeling very discouraged about this product!

Have you tried removing the doorbell as well as resetting it?

@jguerdat Yes, that was the first thing I did.
