Is it within the warranty period? If so, use Settings, Support for a possible RMA. If not in warranty, the chatbot may be useful but you may need a subscription to get extra help.

Anyone had this problem with the bell not powering up with connected to power? Less than 30 minutes out of the box and installed and was working. Now not working.

Is this the AVD1001 or the AVD2001 model?
If you are using a transformer:
- What are the transformer specs (Volts and VA)?
- Can you measure the actual voltage at the doorbell?
If you are not using a transformer (with an AVD2001):
- did you fully charge the battery before installing?
