Arlo Doorbell rings only short (1 second)

Hi all,

Since some time (1-2 weeks) we realized that when someone is pushing the doorbell button, we receive notification on all our connected devices (mobile phones / tablets - all Android), but just for around 1 second. Arlo Chime is ringing - so this is fine.

Does somebody know the reason of this change of behavior? Prior our devices were ringing until either someone accepted or after around 10 seconds. But with just a short popup on the phone you have no chance at all to pick up or react in general.

System: Arlo VMB5000 / DoorBell Audio / Chime - also multiple cameras but most probably doesn't matter here.

Taken action so far:

• Doorbell new-registration
• Chime new-registration
• Android Apps on all devices deinstalled and re-installed

(I didn't consider so far to reset the VMB5000 as I don't want to reconfigure the whole cameras etc)
