Just installed the Arlo Doorbell and 2 Chimes. It appears that we are not able to set the duration of the doorbell chime (ring) which is substandard. How do we reach out to Netgear to request a fix? One "Ding Dong" is not enough. They should also consider us consumers - to be able to upload our on ring tone / melody.
