Hello
I'm experiencing the same issue reported on the following link:
The issue was marked as resolved on the IOS App 2.7.12: I'm actually using the newer IOS App 2.10 on IOS 13 and the issue still persists. If it was really fixed on the previous version I think a regression was introduced on the subsequent releases...
Could you please help me?
Thanks

Hi @pozzad
Are you running iOS 13.2? I tested this from the lock screen, home screen & home screen from in app & still see the video when the doorbell rings my phone.
Have you tried to remove & reinstall the Arlo app and accept the permissions again?

Hello
I tried to associate and disassociate, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing changed.
I have an additional (related) issue to submit: the paired camera seems also to be unable to register the 30 secs video stream when triggered by the doorbell.
See the attached photo...The video seems to be corrupted, and it happens systematically. The audio is ok.

The removal and re-add procedure didn't work for me...
