What is the required transformer voltage for the Arlo doorbell? I currently have a 10 V transformer and the doorbell is not working with my house chime. I have tried both 2 and 3 "channels" on the settings and still not working. Would I need to upgrade my doorbell transformer to a higher voltage?

I believe it's 1 and 3 that are the existing chime settings in the doorbell, not 2 and 3. As to the voltage, it seems a bit hard for me to think that 10v vs 16-24v would cause an issue but I don't know that for sure. Is your chime only rated for 10v?
