My Arlo Door Bell is not even 2 months old and is not used often. Battery level is at 60% and I also received an email alert saying that battery is at 0%.
-anyone experiencing low battery life?
-which one is accurate? The message or the percentage under setting?

Are you sure that the message referred to the doorbell and not the camera linked to it? I've not had a problem with the system sending erroneous emails. It is also possible that there was a glitch in the system that caused the voltage to temporarily register 0. I've had that happen with Arlo lights. See if it happens again. All things being equal, I would go with the voltage reported by the device in the app.
