Arlo Chime and Arlo Audio Doorbell worked fine but stopped working. Tried re-syncing.

I purchased the arlo chime with my new arlo doorbell and plugged it in set it up and it worked great for approximately a day. Then it wouldnt work, I unplugged it for awhile then plug it back in and nothing. Tried the reset feature, nothing. Tried to sync it again to the base, nothing. The light comes on when I plug it in then nothing else. It wont start blinking for me to reconnect it! I have no idea what to do and cant find any information to help out. Has anyone else had this problem?
