I have had the audio doorbell a bit more than a year now, and have been experiencing increasing battery drain. the last set lasted about 2 weeks. This has been an annoying issue, but now it will not even turn on after replacing the batteries. Is there anything that can be done or is it dead?

Try removing the doorbell from your account and then reset it by following this FAQ before connecting back onto your account to see if that helps:

Also look for any new or moved wireless device that uses the 2.4GHz band near the doorbell that could be interfering with the signal to the doorbell.
