Hello,
I have just had to replace my Batteries for the first time in my Arlo Doorbell, upon doing so the white ring doesn't light up. I have left the batteries in overnight and pressed the sync button multiple times from 10 seconds up to 1 minute. This doorbell has never been connected to the mains kit I am just unsure what to do now. Doesn't anybody have any suggestions?
Many thanks.

Are you sure the batteries are good and have been properly installed? Check the contacts on the doorbell and the batteries, looking for anything that may cause a lack of contact.

Sounds like a possible hardware problem. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
