AAD1001 DOOR BELL: I HAVE PUT IN NEW BATTERIES AND IT TELLS ME THE ARLO DEVICE IS OFFLINE. i HAVE TRIED TO RESET AND LIGHT DOES NOT COME UP. HOW CAN I CORRECT THIS?

WHAT BATTERIES SHOULD I USE? I HAVE ALWAYS USED THE SAME KIND I'M USING NOW AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY TROUBLE.

- Is the internet LED on your base station green?
- Does the LED ring on the doorbell light up when you walk past it?

If "yes" to both questions above, did you try removing it from your account, and resetting it before adding it back? The reset procedure for the audio doorbell is to press and hold the Sync button for about 10 seconds until the LED flashes white.
The doorbell uses normal AA batteries. The manual just says to use "high-quality batteries from reputable sources and brands".
