Dear Arlo customer,
We are aware of an issue where some customers are temporarily unable to access videos recorded prior to 2:30 AM Pacific time in their library. The ARLO team is actively working to restore this feature as soon as possible.
Please note that all your videos are safe and the camera system is working. You will continue to get alerts for new activity recorded by the camera system.
All data recorded after this time will be accessible, and we will update this page once the issue is resolved.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
** UPDATE 10:00 AM PDT: We have started the data import and records are getting restored. Will keep everyone updated on the progress.
** Update 11:30 AM PDT: Based on the current progress of the restoration process we expect to have the library content fully restored within 4 - 6 hours.
** Update 2:00 PM PDT: We have restored 70% of the library content and are making good progress recoving 100% of the data.
** Update 4:00 PM PDT: The restoration process is now 100% completed. Please post a new thread in the community if you are still experiencing issues related to missing library content so we can investigate further if needed.
