when i login in my account yesterday,the app noted me that the account was login in another place after about 10 seconds.then i login in again,but this condition appear several times in next 5 minutes.then i delete all the recorded video.

can somebody help me find the ip or location nearly login in that may help me ensure whether my account was really hacked.T.T

Regarding to your problem, may I know if it has been solved or not with the newest version?

We used to have a software issue for Android App which could cause account be logged out unexpectedly, but the issue has already been solved with newer version.

If your answer is no, could you please kindly enable 2 factor authentication and add trusted device under your account?

This feature only allows trusted devices to login and could prevent unknown login.
