Arlo Ultra Arlo app won’t work on mobile network only WIFI

Arlo app suddenly requiring Wi-Fi connection in order to log in. Once logged in I can disconnect Wi-Fi and the camera is temporarily go blank but then come back and I can view them over cellular only. But I have to be on Wi-Fi to log in now.

Hard to say  but I'd start by rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Also, what phone and OS version?
