VMB4000r3 HomeKit won’t connect

My Arlo base station won’t connect to Apple home kit. It was connected but now when I try to connect it shows detecting device screen and won’t go past that. From what I researched looks like I need a token reset? Could someone help me out with that process

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?

Hello, I have VMB4000r3 that trying to connect Apple Homekit. I've read in the Arlo community that this was solved with a "token reset". How can I make this request this?
