Hello, my Arlo base station stopped connecting to my Home Kit, I have tried resetting, rebooting, updating firmware with no hope of reconnecting, would you kindly send me a reset token so I can resolve this issue.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
