I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

I’d like a token reset. I have a Arlo base station 4000 and I was able to connect it to my HomeKit. But something happened and now I can’t connect to it at all. So I removed HomeKit and attempted to restart the process again and now it’s stuck on the “discovering device”

Hi could I please get a token reset for my Arlo base station and cameras if required as I can't get it to link to Apple HomeKit.
