Arlo not connecting to HomeKit

My Arlo Ultra 2 hangs when setting up Homekit.  According to several post this issue has been resolved by resetting the token.  Can someone from Arlo please assist?  Also, I've already done the troubleshooting steps to include rebooting the BaseStation, router and deleting the app and starting over.  The results are the same (see screenshot below)

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
