Is anyone having issues with the alexa and arlo. I have 2 echo shows. 

 

just purchased arlo door bell. Setting up a routine to show video when doorbell is pressed. Doing the test in the app works but nothing happens when I press the door bell.

 

I have reset the hub and the echo show, cameras too. I dont even get normal standard notifications via alexa when motion is detected too.

 

Any help would be appreciated

The routine is setup in Alexa and the test in Alexa seems to work. Feels like the doorbell press command isn’t going to Alexa, so it doesn’t run the routine. 


can’t even set Echo show to play a bell Tune. 

any help would be great
