Recovering Videos from 2 months ago

I am trying to find video from about 2 months ago, but Arlo only gives me the video feed for this month. I caught someone breaking into my storage unit and would like to use the feed to incriminate them. Is there any way to recover this footage? I saved the link but it says the link is now expired.

It depends on what service plan you have.....

basic is 7 days ( and 7-14 days in recycle when netgear auto clears )

elite has 30 days

Premier has 60 days.

TBMK, once its deleted from your recycle bin , its gone forever.  Unless previously downloaded to yr local computer.

( but it may be worth a call to netgear for you anyway, btw, netgear doesn't appear to own the servers to my knowlwdge as its on amazon cloud )
