I removed one of my cameras on Arlo on the app on my phone and now I can’t get it back on my phone. I’ve tried starting over and adding a device but it doesn’t seem to work. Please help.

Power button reboot the base unit... let it come online.( 2-3 mins )

Open and pull batteries on camera, replace correctly

QUICKLY press the sync button on the base, then the camera ( do not hold )

Check app after camera syncs ( fast blinking blue led )

What happens when you try to sync the camera light wise?

Have you brought the camera within three feet of the base?

I guess i am asking, is when you are trying to add the device from your mobile app, when you briefly press the sync button on the base and the third light on the base starts blinking green and you press the sync button on the camera for a couple of seconds, what do the lights on the camera do?

I have Arlo security cameras. Yes I’m within 3 ft and the blue light blinks and then blinks rapidly for 10 secs just like the other two cameras did when I installed. It still won’t show up on my phone. It was on there once but I accidentally removed it and now I can’t get it back

It appears that the camera is syncing to the base.

Are you possibly on a shared account where someone has to grant you aaccess, or are you the owner of the account?

Can you view the camera in a web browser when you log into your account?

Have you tried to delete the app and reinstalling it?

I am on a shared account with someone else and they may be the owner. Does the owner have to do something on their end?

Yes, the owner of the account must grant you access to each camera. So, since you deleted the camera he/she must go into their app and grant you accrss to that camera.
