my camera is offline and i never saw any updates.

For 5 days now one of my cameras has been offline. I can only get it synced for about 2 minutes. I have tried moving the location, batteries, resyncing and resetting the base. NOTHING WORKS. I am ready for a new camera!! Please help.

I'm having the same problem. Already changed the batteries, resync, removed and sync again, but still return offline. I did't recieved any update message. My version is 1.2.11810.

Power cycle the base - that can help.  If not, open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Already tryed that, but still the same.

The strange is that, when I try to reconnect this camera it have battery in 10% or less. I change the batteries and same problem.

Other thing is when I try to reconnect by the connection camera button seems like the camera is turned off. Then I open the battery port and close again and it returns to work.

It sounds like the batteries are depleted. Consider installing a fresh set and see if you still experience the same behavior.
