my Arlo will not arm

Can anybody tell me why my Arlo will not arm. Settings all telling me it's armed  But there not. Only one camera is armed and records. The other 3 don't recorded  Bit will go live. Bit not record

Have you checked that the cameras are all in your subscription plan?
