cannot record manually

hi there

i can not record manually at device section.

it use to be okay record up to 15minute. after few days, the tap seem disappear.

also, can i set up a remote storage for all the recording, other than cloud.

please provide assistace.

the Arlo cannot store anywhere but the cloud; the Arlo Pro can also store to a usb drive attached to the base station )but the usb storage device must be removed and connected to a computer to view.

 

so you're saying on your cam view you no longer see the triangle in a white oval with LIVE  written beside it?

Is this on phone or PC or both. If on computer have you tried a different browser?   Have you tried rebooting your base station?
