cameras have red photos/videos

Why do some of my cameras have red photos/videos and others are in full color.  This is in full daylight with plenty of light.

you IR filter is stuck on

Reset the camera by open/close the battery door... if it happens again then contact Netgear for possible replacement

I'm having the same problem. Video and pictures are in red. I've reset the camera but no luck. How do I get in touch with Netgear about a replacement?
