mine is saying the same thing and I am not logged in another place and mine also says my cameras are offline

Same here. And still waiting for the loss of all motion zones to be fixed as well. Not too happy at the moment with NETGEAR.

If you are using Google Chrome, clearing your cache, all of it, fixes this problem and lets you once again utilize motion zones. Yeah!!

8:50PM MST and i can't login to my Arlo Cloud library from any browser. I've own several computers; which I have never tried to logon to Arlo with before and they don't work either (so no, it cannot be cookies etc).
The app on my phone still works but the motion detection (or saving to the cloud) no longer seems to work.
Okay, why am I paying for this service for it to not work so often? At this rate i might as well not renew and just save all the files locally and use a local on-prem cloud solution with a cheap server. Seriously Netgear... if you want people to use this service it should work RELIABLY.
