VMS3130-100NAS Ethernet Led is not lit

I have a brand new basic system with an extran Arlo Q camera. The Ethernet will not light up when plug into the AT&T wireless router. There fore the camers will ot synce.

The simple thing to try is re-set the Arlo base ( hold in reset for about ten secs till the front LEDs flash ) and try startup again

A little more clarity on the issue you are describing is needed to identify the problem. Starting from the left, you should see a solid green power LED, followed by a solid green internet LED. This indicates the base station is connected. You can then start the new system setup process. Which LEDs on your Arlo base station are lit after setup and what colors are they?
