Unable to cancel subscription

I am unable to Cancel my Arlo subscription.  The screens no longer match any of the documentation and there is not an option to cancel.  The chat bot abandon me when it was unable to help.  No clear path to phone support.  Please advise.

Which articles are you reading? There's one for the old user interface (UI) that uses Library to view recordings:
